The food took a long time to be served, and the heater needs to be fixed because it was too cold inside. I couldn't stay due to the uncomfortable temperature, and my coffee ended up getting cold.

Nice coffee shop but I prefer Savage Goods when I’m in El Paso. Unfortunately, they were closed when I was there and this was a nice alternative for sure. I would definitely return.

As for parking, it can be tricky unless you arrive in the early morning or evening since it's a popular place and very close to UTEP. Kid-friendliness: The staff and facilities are very accommodating to children. I've taken my little ones here for coffee dates multiple times. Wheelchair accessibility: The café is stroller and wheelchair accessible, even in the restrooms.

The coffee drinks here are excellent, and the service is friendly. Charlie, the barista, is especially nice and helpful. This is one of the biggest coffee shops I've ever visited. It always has a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, making it a great place to get some work done while enjoying cool and calming music.
