I ordered my food through the app. I'll be notified that my food is ready. Go to the store just to say that it is not ready, and have to sit and wait 30 minutes before it was actually ready. Manager Jaden was rude when I realized that I waited 30 minutes before the point that my food was ready. Food: 1/5

I visited on December 17th and had a disappointing experience. After I was notified that my pizza was ready, I waited in my car for over 10 minutes without anyone bringing it to me. When I eventually went inside to retrieve my pizza, I found it just sitting on the rack. It seemed like the staff was more focused on whether the pizza was paid for than on providing good customer service. The pizza itself was messy and poorly cut, as if it had been rushed. Overall, they really dropped the ball that night.

Pizza was cold, I waited 1 and half an hour for delivery was contactless and they stayed at my door for almost thirty minutes rings the door bell, terrible service.

Yesterday ordered a pizza and it was delicious. I had a bad experience before this order and was hesitant to order, but the crew who worked yesterday delivered my pizza in good time and the pizza was perfectly cooked! Thanks to the crew yesterday at 7:00.
