Great American Steakhouse - El Paso

As always, just an overall great experience. Food is always on point and just as I ordered it; good variety of drinks, staff is very friendly and the music choices are always fantastic. Will definitely visit again soon.

The location of this restaurant is nice and offers a variety of options. It appears to be undergoing a remodel, with a modern farmhouse bistro style inside. However, the entrance is oddly placed, making it a bit difficult to find. The service provided by the waiter was good, but the food took a while to come out. Despite the wait, the brisket with BBQ sauce was delicious, as were the burgers enjoyed by my family. The manager seemed selective in who they interacted with, which was a bit of a shortfall. Overall, the food was great but there is room for improvement in service and time management. While I would consider returning, it wasn't a particularly memorable experience.

While expensive, this restaurant is definitely worth the cost for a special meal with family. It's a large establishment with plenty of servers. The food may take some time to arrive at your table, as everything is cooked to order. Remember to order appetizers if you're very hungry to hold you over. Overall, a great choice for a fancy dinner outing.

We went for lunch and were very pleased with our experience. I ordered the bone-in New York steak and my wife had the sirloin. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. I had the mashed potatoes with brown gravy, while my wife had the steak fries. The restaurant seems to be undergoing renovations, but we didn't notice any extra noise as it was well separated. Thank you for a wonderful meal.
