Giovanni's Pizza - El Paso

I was in town for work and decided to order pizza for delivery. I called at 6pm but no one answered. I waited for 10 minutes and tried calling again, but still got no response. After another 10 minutes, I tried calling once more, but again, no one picked up. I was quite disappointed because back home we have a fantastic Giovannis Pizza and I was really looking forward to the food. It's surprising that a pizza place can operate if they don't answer their phone for delivery orders.

The pizza had no sauce, a dry crust, few toppings, and little cheese. It felt like a prank. The loud foul language while waiting was also off-putting. I'd rather go hungry than return.

The Chef salad, also known as Chef's salad, is an American salad made with hard boiled eggs, various meats like ham, turkey, chicken, or roast beef, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, and sometimes anchovies, all served on a bed of lettuce or leafy greens. Unfortunately, the version served at this restaurant was missing green olives and eggs, which was disappointing. It may be worth giving them another try in the future, as this deviation from the traditional recipe was a shame.

The pizza at this restaurant is incredible! It's definitely in the top 3 pizza places I've tried. I would rate it a 9.1 out of 10. We will definitely be returning!

The restaurant offers excellent food, drinks, and service, and also features live music from the Dan Hubbard band playing on the street outside. It's truly amazing in El Paso!
