Dunkin' - El Paso

Wish I could give zero stars! They completely screwed up my order. Called store and spoke with manager Michelle she said they've been busy which is why they screwed up my order. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Got maybe someone else's order or whatever they choose to give us because i got junk i didn't order. They have one job to do and they can't even do that correct when i ordered online and they had ample time to get the order ready. I asked to speak with there general manager Veronica but was told she's not there until Tuesday or Wednesday maybe!! Staff can't give me her number to call her for a refund because they aren't allowed. What a JOKE!!! A refund is the right thing to do since i didn't get what i ordered but they won't. Beware they aren't even with Dunkin Donuts corporate office so if you call them to complain they can't help you because this location isn't part of there franchise! UGH!!

People are allowed to bring in their filthy animals. Service animal on the side. Sorry, there 's more to it. Use to work with people and service animals. Business are so worried about being called racist for whatever reason. What good are rules for just allowing any mutt in? Besides the person didn 't need a emotional support animal, for comfort. That individual had a weapon print like a glock. That 's comforting. Or was it in case someone disrespected his slobbering mutt. I 'll do drive through if I need comfort coffee.

My chicken bacon croissant was still cold. But the drink was suggested to me by the cashier. And it was pretty decent. But the food could of been warmer. I was on the run so I had no time to take it back.

Today, my donuts were incredibly stale, which is unusual for this location. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I've never had any issues before.
