Denny's - El Paso

The place was empty without customers. We wondered why that was. Then we found out. The prices increased quite a bit. We placed our order and it took 40 minutes to get it. What used to be included is now an option with a cost related to it.. My food was greasy. My wife's food was dried out and the mashed potatoes were very watery. She was not able to eat her meal. Will not be back.

Ms. Maria, our waitress was amazing. She was super busy, but she always ensured that our drinks were filled, always checking on us. I definitely come back. Large staff

Great service and good food, the server was on the point to always check on us, the cook has an excellent work on eating great quality, thanks to a lot of guys

My family and I went there for breakfast, we sat and gave menus. The place had a handful of customers but we were never greeted by a waitress or even asked for our drinks orders. We waited for 15-20 minutes and nothing, but we were very entertained by an argument in the kitchen. We just had to get up and go out after 15 minutes, but there were 3 employees in the front who left when we came out and even had the boldness to say Come Again as we were gone. Very bad service and will never go to Denny again.

I placed 3 orders to go online and received an email confirmation. However, on the app it said it would be ready at a certain time and never received a message it was ready. I went to Dennys and they told me they never received my orders. They started my orders and everything looked nice, however when I got home one of my orders was incorrect. I was charged 2.49 extra for the bananas and strawberries on the pancakes, which Inever got. . I tried calling them several times, however no one answered. The place was not even packed, like they usually are, to mess up.
