Carl's Jr. - El Paso

It was a little waiting, but no deal breaker. but I wish they hadn't run out of ketchup. I guess that could be expected in this economy.

I loved carls, but here in el paso, they take long time, and they are mean and rude. even if they are extra nice. they make it sloppy. very sad

I like their French pommes and the No.1 combo. the meat tastes fresh and I like her Mayo mix with tomato, salad and wobbles (no pickles.)

A friendly and hard working staff, with a sense of urgency and commitment for qualitative customer service

It’s the second time we go to this place, it’s the slowest service we have had ever. And staff is not that friendly. We were more than 30 min in drive thru and just 3 cars ahead of us.
