Burger King - El Paso

Wow, where do I even begin with this Burger King? Firstly, their staff is absolutely amazing. Secondly, their politeness is exceptional, especially for someone like me from Asia. The cookies are always perfectly made, and I am grateful for that. I love coming here regularly, although I have to space it out every other day because my husband gets upset if I come every day.

The food at this restaurant is exceptional, the management is top-notch. I will definitely be returning soon!

The restaurant experience was actually pretty good. Although there was a mix-up with my order, the cashier was very friendly and fixed it right away. Because of the mistake, I was able to choose another item without having to pay for the original order. The staff were all very pleasant and overall it was a better experience than any other Burger King I've been to.

Whenever I visit this restaurant's drive-through, I consistently experience delays as only one person is assisted at a time before I am able to order. I then have to move forward after paying for my food and wait again. It seems like they prioritize speeding up their drive-through times to appear efficient, but it is not a great experience for the customer.

I have to question if this is a common practice in El Paso. Why do so many fast food chains park every single car that goes through the drive-thru? There are never any cars behind me, yet I always end up being parked every time I come here. The food is delicious, but it bothers me that I have to wait for 20 minutes when all I ordered was a.tip.
