Arby's - El Paso

The service at this restaurant is rated 4 stars. Don't be deceived by the "5 for $9.95" offer! The photo in the advertisement shows a sesame seed bun, but in reality, it is not accurate. If they had shown a more precise picture, I would have preferred to just buy five number 10s. I give five stars for false advertising. The staff is great, the restaurant is clean, and there are nice and festive decorations.

It appears that they skimped on the roast beef in their sandwiches; the food was warm but not hot. My family and I visited Arby's last weekend and were extremely disappointed to find that the sandwiches were lacking in meat. I even had to go buy bread in order to eat my sandwich. I hope the service and food improve, otherwise we will not be returning.

I went to this restaurant and found that there were only four people in the dining area, with only two people placing orders. Unfortunately, when I received my food, it was not what I had ordered. Instead of the larger burger and large fries I requested, I was given a basic burger. I felt too embarrassed to say anything when I saw the person who received my meal start eating it. Despite this experience, I have returned to this Arby's twice since my initial visit and wanted to update my review. The bathrooms are very private and clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the food always tastes great.
