My colleagues and I immediately stopped eating, and a staff member called a worker named Olga to let her know what happened. We had only taken a few bites and the doctor hadn’t even tried his yet. One burrito was untouched, while the others had barely been sampled. We simply wanted our patient to get a refund because what we had experienced was unacceptable. Instead, we were accused of lying and told that he wouldn't be getting his money back. I even have footage from our office surveillance showing the moment I took a bite and pulled a huge cockroach leg out of my mouth! I spent the rest of the day feeling nauseous and could not stop getting sick. Thomas Mendoza claimed we were fabricating the story, stating that it was impossible for such a thing to occur. Please, do not try this place, unless you want to risk something similar!

I work at Mountain View Foot and Ankle Care in South El Monte, California, and one of our good patients brought us a meal from a place he was raving about last Monday, October 3, 2022. We were all eager to try this famous wet burrito, which was a carne asada burrito topped with red sauce. However, we had an unfortunate surprise when one of our colleagues pointed out a health concern with it.

However, on October 5, 2022, our patient was denied a refund. The restaurant staff accused us of not telling the truth. Why should we be left hungry during our lunch break? We are very disappointed and frustrated by this experience. We plan to file a complaint with the health department.
