Tea Xotics - El Dorado Hills

I recently spent $40 on what was advertised as authentic Chai, but it turned out to be nothing but cardamom. I even poured it out to check if there was any actual tea at the bottom, but there was none—just some bits that looked like Lipton mixed in. I purchased other teas too, but I haven't opened them yet.

If you know me, you know that my favorite drink is Matcha Green Tea from Tea Exotics! My absolute favorite is the Snow White Matcha (as shown in the picture), and I always take home a bag of “Naked Grass Skirt” to make my own. The "naked" refers to it being unsweetened!

I absolutely love this place! The teas are fantastic, and I really appreciate being able to choose my tea and have it prepared right at the tea bar. The store has a charming ambiance as well!

No prices on anything at all and after buying some tea the cashier had walked away before I was even done paying. I don't usually leave one star ever but I felt that there was zero customer service here.

This is a great store to visit and discover so many wonderful types of tea and even unique types of coffee!
