Bidrage med feedbackThe food was excellent, as always, and the service was very attentive. The outdoor atmosphere is wonderful, providing fresh air and a pet-friendly area for dogs.
The menu at Mimosa House is extensive, which made it a bit overwhelming, and I took longer than usual to decide on my order. I ended up getting two drinks: the Honey Bee (for a caffeine boost) and the Easter-themed Peep Mosa, which came adorned with a bunny peep on the rim. For my meal, I chose the Loco Moco with an over-easy egg (no runny yolk), but unfortunately, the egg was overcooked. While the gravy had a somewhat bland flavor, I was able to enhance it with some hot sauce. My husband ordered a sandwich from their specials menu (I can’t recall the name), and he found it just mediocre. I did try my friend's Bloody Mary, which was quite good. Service was a bit sluggish at times, and we had to chase someone down to get napkins. Overall, I wasn't particularly impressed with Mimosa House. It might just be the location, but I would be willing to give it another try in the future!
We sat at the bar and were greeted pretty quickly. I ordered a mimosa flight and my husband ordered a ****** mary. I had the Second summer, tropical breeze and world watermelon mimosa flight. All of them were very tasty. We started with 2breakfast shots and they might have been the best we'd eve4 had. We ordered the Long Beach omelette with house potatoes, and the toasties. Toasties were s bit too crunchy but were yummy. The omelete was delish but the house potatoes were too soft. They didn't crisp up enough. Overall a great experience. We normally go to the closer location in Rancho Cordova but this place was a great experience. Cameron was the bartender and did a great job. The only miss was the potatoes being a bit too soft (not undercooked but could have used a few extra min I think).
I visited this restaurant for brunch and it was quite enjoyable! I ordered the carnitas skillet along with a side of crispy bacon. The interior was a bit on the dark side, but I appreciated the decor. The restaurant was bustling, and our server was excellent, although the host seemed a bit indifferent while escorting us to our table. The carnitas were surprisingly well-prepared, though I found the bottom of the skillet a touch too soggy for my taste. The menu offers a wide variety of options, along with many choices for mimosas. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations.
I went here with my mom and we both really enjoyed the atmosphere, food and mimosas. We ordered a Brut flight and Antionette to share. Love the flavors and a the options they have. The service was pretty slow from being seating f, to taking our order and then getting our food and drinks. We were there for well over an hour. My mom ordered the salmon Benedict and I ordered the chicken sausage scramble. My mom enjoyed her dish my and I enjoyed mine as well. What I didn't like was the up charge on adding vegetables. My server did not tell me it was going to be $1 per veggie and I added 3. I probably would have placed my order differently had I known. I deducted one star for the service and one star for the $3 veggie up charge.
