Pizza Hut - El Dorado

Worst pizza hut yet. They answer the phone for an order then set phone down and walked away. Then came back to ask for order and didn't even know how to use the system. Hung up after 10 mins, went to Casey's.

HORRIBLE!! The staff was rude and didn’t know what they were doing. I ordered a chicken Alfredo and paid for the chicken, and only got sauce and noodles. I talked to the manager, and she was even ruder! I will be calling tomorrow morning to speak to the general manager. This was horrible and I’m appalled.

El Dorado Pizza Hut thank you for quickly servicing our meal. I don't think we've ever had our food as quick as we did last night. So thank you! and Merry Christmas!! It was delicious as always.

I paid for extra marina sauce, charged twice, it wasn’t delivered. I called in, and the manager on duty was was very disrespectful.

Just called to ask if this location had gluten free crust and the girl who answered the phone treated me like I was stupid for asking and when I said thank you she replied” yeeeaah” in a snotty tone. I will be reporting this to corporate.
