I have tried many loins in my life, this was certainly the best, great mix of flavors, good tender loin, toasted bread, and perfect accompaniments in the saguche. The potatoes, perfect point, chromatic on the outside, soft on the inside, it was not necessary to add any kind of dressing or condiment to anything, really amazing
Excellent raw material and preparations. The truth is, these guys really surprised me. I went several times and all the sandwiches that I ate were richy, soft meat, perfectly cooked and generous amounts, without spare. I tried bondiola, lomito and chicken. In addition, the fries that leave them part of the potato shell are a merge between rustic and fried; a sincere finding. The super friendly and good-wave boys. The food comes out quickly but not for that less devoted.
Of the best lomitos (in Uruguay we call him chivitos) that I have eaten. The flesh is thick and super tender. Ideal to buy and take to the mountain! The place to eat is spit but correct. But it is an excellent choice to buy and eat outdoors!
