La Estrella Food Truck - El Cerrito

Made an order directly from their webpage. Estimated delivery at 30 minutes. 2 hours later, nothing. The food truck does not answer phone calls, I've been calling for an hour, there are no order updates.There is no one to talk to, no one to complain to, and no way to even cancel the order. I tried to reach out to Otter, their weird online ordering system, and there is no phone number or chat.Now I have to do a credit card charge back to get my $40, and I missed my lunch.Zero stars if I could. Food was mediocre previously anyways, so this is the last time I try La Estrella. Thanks for wasting my time.EDIT FOR REPLY: I ordered from your La Estrella/Otter. My credit card was charged. I was given an order ETA and told my food was being prepared. That's the last thing that happened. I left voicemail with my name and number, and tried calling about 15 times more, no one ever answered.

Been commin here weekly for over 3 years now. The burritos are absolutely fire, idk what they do but it always taste great ?

They're right next to mc bears bar. Grab your food and eat in the bar.

I ordered from here and I got it delivered. I ordered beans, a burrito, rice and burrita tacos and churros. I was not given churros or burrita tacos I was instead given regular tacos that were not fried and only had meat in them. The beans were extremely bland aswell. I mainly don’t totally rely on delivery to get my order perfectly but this is the worst experience I have ever had.

Ordered quesabirria with carne, fish burrito horchata. Fast, fresh, hot, delicious, easy. My daughter and I kept exclaiming how good our dishes were. Saw they had churros will return for them, as sometimes we crave churros. The quesabirria were very good and plentiful. The fish burrito was delicious, but could’ve been a bit more fish—it was perfectly wrapped! Much appreciated. Such a perfect quick-after-grocery-shop fast, satisfying dinner! Nothing fancy, just straightforward, perfect food truck food.
