Rally's - El Centro

The food is good but the waiting time to order and get the food is very very slow. I wouldn't eat here if the service is very slow.

I was told to wait for a minute, and after waiting he asks me if I already ordered. That didn?t made sense to me. Also, the speaker needs to be fixed, had a lot communication problems, unless the guy was doing it on purpose. Lastly, I didn?t get anycondiments, I have never asked and always get at least ketchup, I?m done with this place. Small things like that matter.

Ashley was excellent at the window yesterday. We have a little one that could be indecisive with his order and she was extremely patient. She was happy to accept our rewards info and informed us of our existing coupons. Very friendly and overall excellentcustomer service! 5 stars!

This place is super delicious!! The guys are young and have great manners, the food was great! We had a little of the menu, Rally Burger, loaded pommes, chicken sandwich, boneless wings and everything was fresh to order and the flavors all went together. We just went through our trips, and I wish we could replace a few burger sites in Tucson with like 3 of them and I would travel to everyone.

I get that this is a fast food place however if you are getting timed please make sure you follow basic instructions when a customer places an order.
