Jalisco's Grill - El Centro

The overall experience at the restaurant was quite good, but there was a significant issue with flies in certain areas near the windows, which made it hard to enjoy my meal without them disturbing my food. However, that wasn't the most concerning aspect. What truly grossed me out was when I approached the main area where the staff comes out of the kitchen. There was a small section separated by a little wall, designated for the waitstaff. Inside this area, I noticed a table where they set out the tortilla chips and salsa intended for guests. Unfortunately, this food was completely exposed and unprotected from contamination. There were no covers or plastic wrap, and I saw numerous flies buzzing around and even landing on the chips and salsa. Despite this unsanitary situation, they serve this food to every guest without hesitation. I used to love those chips with salsa, but now I'm left wondering what else might be contaminated with flying insects.

Sometimes we have great service and delicious food, while other times the service is just okay and the food isn’t as impressive. It really varies depending on what you order or perhaps the chef's mood! Haha. I'll definitely keep coming back!

The food is fantastic, and the cocktails are excellent as well. It's a nice experience while you wait for your meal.

Delicious Mexican/American food Big place plenty seats available Nice environment friendly staff Food reasonably priced. The have the best rib eye steak I've ever had. If you're in the valley stop buy Jalisco's you won't regret it
