Wienerschnitzel - El Cajon

First, I want to shout out the server, who took our order at the drive-thru. Very friendly and efficient! After spending almost $26 (not complaining), we received our meal but then requested hot sauce. The server brought it to us, but then we overheard the manager, Engel, rudely scolding them for it. Needless to say, we left without enjoying or paying for our meal. Upon arriving home, we realized our order was incorrect! I am only giving three stars because of the server who was helpful. Angel, you are awesome and funny! Perhaps the manager could work on being more respectful to their staff.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. A big shoutout to the crew who worked on Saturday around 7:00 pm. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

I will not be returning to this restaurant until more of the workers wear masks while preparing our food, even if using the Drive-Thru. The food was delicious and affordable, as usual.

Eating was cold and old. the customer service was terrible and the fries were not seasoned at all. they suck and take a long time per order. stay far away from the load.

Chilidogs were deelish. The girl working drive thru should be in a commercial. Polite, kept a smile on her face. Every restaurant should have people like her. She deserves a raise or bonus for this review!
