Bidrage med feedbackI saw this drink on TikTok that I wanted to try so I came here to Starbucks before heading to work and the lady that was taking our order through drive thru was very rude and didn?t even repeat what we ordered and when I ask if she can repeat the drink and she did it with an attitude I think her name was Elma it started with an E but very bad customer service and when we were trying to pay she didn?t even reach out the device to us for us to pay we literally had to climb the window to do it ???? but anyways I don?t think I?ll come to this location again I would rather stick to the ones by home but the drinks were very good though ????
Knew I was in trouble when no one in this location understood what a carafe is. Went to pre-order and pre-pay for 2 traveler boxes of coffee. Already lots of confusion, but I helped the 3 employees it took to take my order write it in their order book. Arrived the next morning for pick up and, of course, it wasn 't ready. Rude girl behind the counter seemed to think this was my fault. Helped her find where the order was written down from the day before. So now I am correct, and late because we have to wait for the coffee to brew. Gently suggest to the employee watching the coffee machine that maybe he could get the cups, sugars, etc, ready while we wait so I am not further delayed. If you 've got plenty of time and patience, this location is for you. Otherwise, do not recommend.
The drinks and food here are delicious! We usually go through the drive thru, but this time we went inside, and I loved it. It was air conditioned on a hot day so that was a plus. I got the seasonal Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino, as well as my mom, and we both thought it was delicious. My sister also got the Berry hibiscus double blended and she liked it. Will definitely come back ????????.
Usually I love this one. But recently it seems the younger staff doesn't listen to the drive through well and has gotten my drink wrong a couple times. That's not big deal. What bothers me is today when they did this. They took the cup I had handled and drank from back on the line. Handle'd it with un-gloved hands. Refilled it with what I wanted. Not even rinsing the stuff I didn't want out. So the flavor was still off when I drank it. But then after fixing my order. She just went back to making more drinks. Didn't even wash her hands. So she contaminated the line with my cup and then every cup after that. In a time of monkey pox and covid I just feel like basic food handling skills should be followed.
This Starbucks has gone down hill since reconstruction and getting a seemingly new staff. They always appear disorganized and I?ve waited upwards of 25 minutes for a simple black coffee. I gave 2 stars because the staff are generally friendly and apologetic, which I appreciate, but waiting so long for a drink when you?re on the go is frustrating. I think this Starbucks would benefit from some additional training to boost efficiency, and I do hope they can turn it around!
