Katsura - El Cajon

The food and martinis were both delicious at this neighborhood restaurant. The staff is eager to please and the kitchen chef does a decent job. It's a great spot to break away from cooking at home.

We are new to the area, and decided to try out Katsura, and we were not disappointed! Wonderful staff, excellent food, and great atmosphere! We will definitely be returning

It was supposed to be a great night but thanks to the restaurant it wasn’t. I took my wife there for our valentines date and it was the worst decision I could’ve made. First of all it took them almost minutes to notice that we were there and to take our order for drinks. Then it took the almost minutes to bring us our food. The hostess had to serve us because not even one waitress or waiter came to our table. At the end I had to ask for the check to different people, even to the manager and she didn’t bring it. The food was cold and the flavor wasn’t great. I think this has been the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. To even say this is the first time I write a review that has to mean something. I don’t recommend this restaurant for anything. There is better places here in El Paso. Even the Albertsons sushi might be better

The food was good. The martini was good. This is a good neighborhood restaurant with an eager staff and a decent kitchen chef. You won't go wrong coming here for a break from home dining
