Wir haben im Burghotel unsere Hochzeit gefeiert. Das Essen war gut und die Location ist stimmig. Leider gab es bei der Planung vorab einige Missverständnisse. So mussten wir zb unseren Hochzeitstermin verschieben, da nicht genug Hotelzimmer am eigentlichen Termin frei waren, obwohl wir das im Vorgespräch angesprochen haben. Auch unserem Wunsch nach einer hauptsächlich veganen Hochzeit wurde zwar nachgegangen, jedoch mussten wir sehr oft nachfragen und erinnern, obwohl im Vorgespräch erwähnt wurde, dass sie bereits komplett vegane Hochzeiten organisiert hätten und dass das absolut kein Problem sei. Außerdem wurde unser Wunsch zur Länge der Feier wohl nicht ans Personal weitergegeben, was am Hochzeitsabend für etwas Unmut sorgte. Besonders Frau Kössel war am Tag vor der Hochzeit sehr abweisend, wir haben uns wie eine Last gefühlt. Wir wissen bis heute nicht, was wir falsch gemacht haben.
