Sonne - Einsiedeln

We went there for a quick coffee and whisper. I was served with earlier used spoon, it was inconspicuously dirty by someone else's coffee. this was a new experience, and something that a country like the Swiss should not have, I never dreamed. when I called for the toilet, they looked at me like I killed her lousy. the card reader didn't work. After we had paid, the waiter stood on our table, who sorted out his entire wallet and did not allow us to continue our conversation and then make unrequired sweat. the only good was to bring a whisper that my waiter had forgotten, and when he came to my table, the coffee was cold. no mask, no distance while we talk to us, nothing. I'm shocked again because this happened in the Swiss. bad customer service ever.

Hotel was all good. it is a lot like a guest house, not a hotel as they represent it. there was construction in the hotel I wished we had been warned, but it was really good after. view and location. are great!

Wir haben heute 4 Personen da gewesen. Essen zu spät 30 mi kommt. Und Salat war alt brauen Farbe. Für glace sie hat supen löffel gegeben. Den letzten Krieg Rechnung völlig falsch.

Unterirdisch schlechter Service. Eine Stunde lang vergeblich auf Mittagessen gewartet. Trotz freundlicher Nachfrage nach 45 Minuten keine Reaktion des Personals, sondern mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden argumentiert. Danach unverrichteter Dinge gegangen. Ein (Pflicht-)Punkt der Bewertung wird vergeben, da wir nach unserem vergeblichen Warten wenigstens unsere Getränke nicht zu bezahlen hatten. Die Sonne gehört wohl zum Mittelpunkt der Servicewüste. Nie wieder!

Nette Atmosphäre mit nettem Service, sehr hilfsbereit. das Frühstück war ganz mit schönem Ausblick aus das Kloster.
