Mcdonald's - Eilat

Israeli McDonald's is so much worse compared to McDonald's in Europe, this was really bad.

If you are a meats lover and a Hamburger fan here's an advice: DON'T eat at this place. We had a terrible experience. Bad service, the guys even put things we don't want in the Hamburger (in my case it was onion and my wife is allergic to it), We asked them to give us another one, they take the wrong one, simply remove the onion and give it back to us. In the end, this is the low-quality Hamburger we got at this place.

One of the most unprofessional McDonald’s I have ever seen. Orders are made differently for instance your customized hamburger with additional cheese gonna be just a hamburger!!! People please check your orders staff does not speaks English :

I was waiting 30 minutes for meal because someone got wrong with the numbers (7 with 1). Burger was cold and I had to wait 10 more minutes... Maybe it's because they are using mobile phones, texting, calling at work... What is this? They don't speak English also. Local is dirty... People are waiting too long for meal.

Although the place was packed, the service was good, fast and efficient.
