Burger King - Eielson AFB

This is the first BK where my chicken roast wasn't overcooked. I really appreciate the quality and care that went into preparing my order. I enjoyed my meal, which came with a root beer and onion rings. It's a fantastic location compared to others I've visited. Thank you to the team!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was quite rude, and my order of fish sandwiches was in terrible condition. Not only were they ice cold, but they were as hard as a brick. Both my companion and I ended up feeling unwell afterward. To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if the fish had been left out overnight. Additionally, I noticed that the majority of the employees seemed to have a negative attitude towards white customers.

My server called to let me know they were out of the chicken sandwich I wanted. The staff seemed unmotivated and unhelpful. As a result, I ended up ordering the chicken nuggets instead.

Thomas was the best! This is the 1st time I have came here and the experience was outstanding. Were immediately greeted, Thomas spoke clearly through the drivethru speaker he asked appropriate questions about adding cheese.he repeated the order. Our food was hot and it wasn't a long wait. Not sure if they got a new manager or not. But kudos Burger King.
