A very pleasant timeIt is very close to the town hall square, it has a small terrace and inside a living room with sofas, armchairs and tables, we were tired and we felt like resting and having something, they had a beer on offer, was very good and we were just an hour or something else chatting and resting comfortably, the waitress was at all times pending, and very friendly they had free wi-fi, just like the bathroom. It was a discovery.

Maybe we came here to the wrong time, but on a Wednesday evening at 8 the place was completely empty. The staff was not observant at all. We had to wait unreasonably long for our cocktails which did not taste any good. We did not try the food.On the bright side, the atmosphere is really nice. The place is in the basement and filled with old furniture, with blind mirrors mounted to the wall. The flat screen shows black and white silent movies while relaxed music is playing in the background.It was nice to be here but I would not go again.

An overlooked little spot right off Raekoja Plats. It's a somewhat romantic setting with a lot of character. While the food is a tad expensive, the drinks are not. For an evening coffee or cocktail away from the crowd in the middle of Old Town, you couldn't do much better.

Russian rolling personnel are delicious. Relatively cheap in the old city
