Twisted Biscuit Brunch Co.

A fun little spot. We were in town in the middle of a cross country move and stopped in. The service was pretty good. Our server was helpful and made sure our drinks were always full. The restaurant was clean and had quite a few different seating options(booths and/or tables). I got the plot twist French toast and it was pretty good. The menu I saw on here was not quite what we got, but I think Covid changed a lot of menus. My French toast was what the menu described, but it left me wanting a little. Not enough to be upset, but not good enough to make me come back for it.

It was clear that the bartenders took pride in their work, as the mimosas were consistently well-made, creating a perfect blend of flavors. The mimosas not only complemented the delicious food at Twisted Biscuit Brunch Co., but they also elevated the overall brunch experience. Sipping on a mimosa while enjoying their delicious biscuits and other brunch items was a match made in heaven. Additionally, the service at Twisted Biscuit Brunch Co. was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about their menu, including their drink selection. They were happy to suggest the perfect mimosa based on your preferences, ensuring a personalized experience. In conclusion, if you're in search of a brunch spot with amazing mimosas, Twisted Biscuit Brunch Co. is a must-visit. From the stunning presentation to the perfect combination of champagne and orange juice, their mimosas provide a delightful and refreshing drink to enhance your brunch experience. This restaurant is a great spot for brunch. The humorous pictures and sayings gave us a good laugh (especially the one about bacon being meat candy). The twisted biscuits were deliciously hot and fresh, and there was a good variety of items on the menu. While there were vegetarian options, unfortunately there were no vegan choices available. The potatoes were a standout dish, with amazing seasoning. We also appreciated that they had a side patio where animals were allowed, not just service animals. The prices were a bit high for the portion sizes, which is why I only gave it four stars. Overall, this is a special "treat" restaurant for us and we highly recommend it.

Great brunch place in Edwardsville! Great food and fantastic people. Brandon excelled in making us feel welcome, checking in, keeping my coffee full and hot (greatly needed after a couple of long days) while simultaneously providing space to enjoy the meal.Highly recommend for individuals wanting to try a new place.

My favorite weekend treat. I get the same food every time I go. My server was Jen C, she did an outstanding job making sure we were taken care of. That kind of customer service will keep me coming back!
