Pasta House Co - Edwardsville

Worst service ever by a waitress named Firey. Had to ask her multiple times for the same thing. My party or I ask for a refill and she would acknowledge, but then forever later comes back with not what my party or I asked for. We had to ask for the check twice. We asked for two coffees to go five times. Finially I had to ask the manager and got my coffees to go. I know it’s silly, but acted like she didn’t want us to have coffee. My family and I were not rude or make any kind of comment at all to her. In fact she spilt water almost on us and helped cleaned it up. Tried to make sure not to feel embarrassed because accidents happen.

Quality is not as good as it used to be. Seems to be the trend in all restaurants these days. Less for more.

It took the waitress a long time to take our order when they had less than a handfull of people there. (empty) And it took a while for the food to come out also. I don't want to think it's because we were an older black couple. Otherwise, the waitress was nice. It was plenty of parking because it was a slow day. Sunday Wheelchair accessibility: No problems for wheelchairs.

Ordered a carry out supreme pizza with meatballs added. Totally fantastic. Crispy crust and lots of toppings. Pipping hot when we got it home. New favorite pizza place.

We come to Pasta House every year when we are in town for an event. Love the food and I always have leftovers to take with me.
