Gore Range Brewery - Edwards

I held here alone as a half point between driving Grand Junction to Denver. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by the super friendly Sean (Shawn? Not sure what spelling). I'm not a season girl, but the menu description looked great so I ordered and it was probably one of the best seasons I ever had. For dinner I ordered the Elchburger and the Brussels sprouts. The Elchburger was good, but these Brussels spirouts made me beat my mom. I can not recommend them very much, they were perfectly cooked so they were still crisp, even after they were placed in the slightly sweet honey garlic sauce. The atmosphere was fun, with many locals and an entertaining and attentive bartender. I noticed some of the other reviews are not so brilliant, but I had a quite great experience sitting in the bar.

Atmosphere and service are bar none. Beer was delicious And refreshing. Came with a Group of seven and everyone found something on the menu to their liking even the little ones. Reasonably priced. Great deck. I had the corn beef Reuben. There are some really great specials in Addition to the menu.

Food was fantastic. The hostess not only sat us, but she checked on us twice during service. She was very friendly... The Chicken Fried Chicken was really good. One of us had the brisket – great flavor! Love the sangria too.

On our long drive from CO. to CA. we stopped in Edwards CO. for lunch. My wife looked up a place to eat and we were headed to a different restaurant when we saw Gore Range Brewery. Breweries usually have pretty good food so we stopped in for lunch. We did not try their beers as I had a long drive ahead of me still and my wife was not feeling 100% (winding roads). The restaurant inside was quite nice and they have a patio that was surprisingly nice, considering they are in a shopping center. We chose to sit outside. Our waitress seemed to be the only one in the restaurant. She did an amazing job giving us good service and making sure we had everything we wanted or needed. She was not as personable as I like but our service was excellent. Our sun ordered chicken nuggets or tenders or whatever they call them, my wife and I both ordered the Caesar salad with salmon. The food was good but not great. Our son's chicken strips were a little too crispy, even for me and I like them crispy, my son was not happy with them. The caesar salad was good but the salmon was a little flavorless.

Well the ambience of the place is nice but not for me...had the fish n risotta with asparagus...the best wuz the risotta although the rice was under cooked...the fish was eh...nothing to note here...eh...where is my mcrib...
