Wendy's - Edson

What can you really expect from chained fast food ? answers not much. But this was beyond horrible. First off they were not all that busy around 6pm steady was more like it. I waited for spicy Asiago chicken burger,baconator , and fries. while the person behind till was maintaining a friendly demeanour. I witnessed other people behind me getting there orders? And I seen my baconator chicken burger not sitting under a heat lap NOPE but in a bag just getting cold. All the while waiting for fries . The counter person a few times tried to place fries so I could go, but kept hearing no it not that order. Then after 10 MINS I finally got my order only to find once back in car COLD FRIES and surprise sarcastic) burgers. I go back to explain what happens only to get a half ass apology. And GLARING eyes from the manger in the back WOW ...

Probably the worst I have ever been to. No sense calling it fast food when you're asked to repeat your order 6 times and they still get it wrong. Then you get to the window and have to repeat it to the same guy 3 more times. A #4 combo with no tomato with an original lemonade. Then ask me 4 times single double triple and I say single then I get to the window and you are charging me for a triple. So 2 more times I say single. And I say NO Tomato. Guess who drives down the highway eats the fries and then opens the burger and there's tomato on the damn burger. I know it's hard to find staff but if you're a suoervisor/manager then you should be able to comprehend English. Nothing more frustrating than having to repeat your order over and over and they still screw it up. It's suppose to be fast food

Terrible terrible food. Ordered 2 sausage egg and Swiss sandwich and they forgot the cheese on both... Waste of 7 dollars. Coffee burnt. Don't go here if you're passing through, go to McDonald'

I pass through the Edson Wendy’s restaurant at least a couple times a year on my road trips. I love their salads. The lettuce is fresh. No rotten pieces of green in the Salad. Thank you to the staff and management for consistently good food on my long trips.

Good spot near the highway for a quick bite to eat. Recommend their Frosties, JBCs, Chilli.Dietary restrictions: Chilli is good for gluten free folks.Parking: Potholes need fixing
