Bidrage med feedbackEating at this Tim Hortons is like playing a game of chance - how badly will they mess up your order this time? It's always a new adventure when you visit this particular location, and it's disappointing to realize that you're too far away to go back and correct their mistakes. It seems like every time you drive through, there are more items in your order that are wrong than right. It's frustrating to be asked what you want only for it to be made incorrectly. This morning, in a rush, I made the mistake of not checking my order before leaving, and sure enough, it was a mess.
I informed the staff at Tim's restaurant that the bathroom needed attention, and they looked at me with a surprised expression. There was no toilet paper or towels available, and toilet paper was scattered throughout the restroom. One stall was out of order while the other one was in use. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.
The food was hot and steep tea is great taste. All I was rant when I and my husband came to the door that we stand in the cash register, and no one greets or our order immediately. You only look at us who wants to get our order. Finally the lady got our order, cashier was rude and not smiling. You didn't even say that my tea was made, the other customer told me that my tea was already there.
I decided to dine in instead of using the drive-thru and was impressed by how quickly my order was served. The washrooms were also kept clean. The food was typical of Tim Hortons, but the staff were excellent.
They were out of many menu items. Food was cold and the sandwiches were not made with any quality. Worst Tim’s I have been to. Service was incredible slow for take out at the counter.
