Frank's Grill - Edmundston

Our food took an exceptionally long time to arrive, and at one point, the young hostess came by to ask if we were done so she could clear the table. We had to inform her that we would like to be served our food first. After she went to the kitchen, our food miraculously arrived just a minute later. Unfortunately, the manager was not very helpful either. As for the food, it was decent and edible, but my expectations were low, and it was just about acceptable as bar food. When we requested a takeout container, we encountered further issues—the lid and container didn’t fit together at all, with the lid having a 4-inch diameter and the container measuring only 2.5 inches. This level of incompetence was extremely frustrating. My advice: even if you’re staying at the Four Points Sheraton, consider dining elsewhere.

I’ve never written such a negative review before, but the service was dreadful and the food was just as bad. We waited nearly 15 minutes to receive water and to be attended to. After that, we waited almost half an hour for what turned out to be the worst pasta dishes imaginable. My husband’s meatball for his spaghetti resembled a cow patty placed on top of Chef Boyardee. I had chicken Alfredo, but I can’t even describe it here respectfully for everyone to read. Needless to say, we will NEVER return. I genuinely recommend dining anywhere else in Edmundston.

We waited 35 minutes just to receive water and coffee, followed by another 30 minutes before getting overcooked bacon and sausages. It was the height of disappointment in terms of service, flavor, and wait time.

Gaetan our waiter was awesome. He made sure that we had everything that we needed and made sure things were to our liking. The food was great and matched the great service. I cant say enough about Gaetan. He is what ever great server should be like.

Pleasant people and decent breakfast accommodate their menue to please you Same for dinner/ Shelley is awesome and she gets it. Linda is super nice and other breakfast lady.
