Tokyo Noodle Shop - Edmonton

Ordered some of my usual apps (tofu teppanyaki, tokyo prawn tempura, gyoza, smoked salmon sushi, unagi sushi). Enjoyed all food items, made fresh and quite tasty. It was clear to see there was thought put into the food presentation, totally eye appealing and to the palate. Much thanks.

The hot geisha roll was really good but the dragon roll was kind of tough? im not sure if the tempura was done badly but it just wasnt a nice texture it felt old almost. overall it was good though but the texture was hard to get over

Agedashi tofu, miso soup, and seaweed salad were perfect. The yam roll tasted like there was wasabi in it and the mushroom roll tasted a tang fishy. Probably doesnt make a different to the omivore friends but as vegan this tasted less like fresh veg and more like it was crossover taste from other dish preps

Chicken Ramen tasted great and fresh, was still warm when it arrived. Glad that they deliver the broth in a separate container, smart move!

It was very tasty and good! I would order food items from them at another opportunity!
