The Keg Steakhouse Bar Edmonton Windermere

Excellent service! Had Steak lobster that was made perfect! Our server was attentive, very experienced! Hubby had a great evening.

We waited for our food for over an hour. Service was very bad

Normally we have a great experience but unfortunately tonight was a bit disappointing Didn’t have rose wine that is the feature nor did they have the happy pit white wine and alternate was a Chardonnay which was not the type of wine we enjoy. They also changed the dessert menu and the only small portion is crème brûlée and the only chocolate option is this massive chocolate cake that we had one time before that s not the best. Mini brownie was always a go to for us. Just not our usual enjoyment. :

The service was good. However, my steak was undercooked. I asked for medium rare, and it came out rare. I held off eating the steak for as long as I could but we had a movie to get to. By the time the server checked on us I had eaten everything else, and half the steak already. Next time I will be more diligent and letting them know the steak was not cook correctly. That’s two times in a row now at the keg my steak was under. Also, the horseradish is not very good at the keg. I usually bring my own as the stuff they use is like dynamite and burns the nostrils. Personally, I like woodsman regular. I’m not really sure why they use such a strong horseradish, when most people like regular strength.

Birthday, As always, this Keg location is outstanding. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the excellent service!
