Slow, awful service, don’t warn you that it’ll take 45 mins to get to your order because there was a massive order prior. Avoid

Called 15 mins before I’d arrive at restaurant to pick up my order so it would be ready. When I arrived, there was not a single customer in the restaurant and the person working was filling the fridge. When I said I was there to pick up, only then did she start to make my order. No point in calling ahead for an order at this location. While I was watching her make my wrap, she kept using these tongs and dipping them back in the same yellow water with floaties. Soooo gross. If this is what they have visible to clients, I’d hate to see what is not visible. Don’t recommend this location.

Friendly staff. Excited to try this location as I used to go to city center at lunch and liked the location was a little closer than freshii to my home. Food was awful. Did a build your own salad bowl. The lettuce mix was wilted, vinaigrette was very oily and the highly overpriced avocado half was super hard and inedible. Rice in both my bowl and my daughter chickie bowl was super dry. It stuck in both our throats. Would not go back.

The vegetables used to be fresher. In the past, for takeout, they would provide a small salad container, but now they just pour the sauce directly in. Even the hot sauce on the chicken has changed; it used to be fully coated, but now they just squirt it on top. I won’t be ordering takeout again. By the time I get the food home, it’s already soggy.
