The Cave Paleo Beastro - Edmonton

Excellent variety in foods all prepared fresh at a good price point. Nice new building. Would have been cool to have the atmosphere more natural or cave-like. Definitely recommend would go back.

My friend opted for the seasonal fish, sea bass, while I had the medium-sized rock steak. The presentation was stunning—truly artistic—and the flavors were on point. It’s common for restaurants not to season steaks well, but this one was exceptional. It came with an arugula salad and fries, which were also delicious. They appeared to be coated in what looked like tempura batter, but I’m not entirely certain about that. My friend loved her meal too, particularly the roasted parsnips. For dessert, we shared a brownie that was moist and rich in chocolate flavor. I would definitely recommend The Cave to everyone; it offers an excellent culinary experience. While I wouldn't describe it as a cozy restaurant, it is very well done, and the food is worth visiting for. It’s a great local spot!

It was my second time visiting for breakfast, and I definitely plan to try the dinner menu next!

I visited for lunch and was impressed by the great selection of food, which was very tasty. I also loved being able to purchase their paleo hamburger rolls.
