South Silk Road Chinese Restaurant

This restaurant deserves better ratings. The food here is incredibly delicious. We tried the vegetable and beef fried rice, prosciutto and tree mushrooms, and ban ban chicken, and all of it was excellent. Our favorite dish was the prosciutto and tree mushrooms - it was so spicy, garlicky, and packed with ginger flavor! We will definitely be coming back to eat here again.

This restaurant offers unique and authentic dishes from southwestern China. Their menu features a variety of spicy foods that are delicious and definitely worth trying. It's a refreshing change from your typical Chinese restaurant fare.

I recently tried a Northern Chinese restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the spicy flavors. It was a nice change from the usual Cantonese restaurants I frequent. Although I have not yet tried the Calgary location, the one I visited was pretty good. The menu is a bit pricier than other Chinese restaurants I have been to. On one visit, we enjoyed their spicy tofu, mushroom broth soup, and green beans. This time around, we tried their dumplings and garlic deep-fried pork. I look forward to trying more dishes on my next visit.
