Ramen Misoya - Edmonton

The mango shrimp salad rolls and the Miso Tonkatsu Basic were both incredibly tasty. The broth was the best I've ever had (I even added extra egg corn to mine) and it was so delicious! The only drawback was that there was no cutlery included with my order, so I had to find some at the hospital I was staying at.

The Mango Shrimp Salad Roll is without a doubt the best salad roll I have ever tasted. The Ramen was amazing, as always, and the Takoyaki (5 pieces) was also fantastic! In my opinion, this is the top Ramen spot in Alberta.

I paid $12 for a full size order but was disappointed to receive only 6 small pieces.

I had the gold kome special and silver Shiro bowl special. Both are 10 nucks during happy hour between 2-5 and bowls are a tad smaller.Golden comes with cha siu, half egg, egg noodles, potatoe wedge, minced pork and some vegetation. Soup broth tastes meaty, than a little sour. Egg noodles a little tougher, char siu was tough and over cooked. Having the potatoe was a little strange as well.Silver came with alot of similar things but different miso soup (kome vs shiro). This one also had a sour taste but more of a rich and milky taste as well. Came with a piece of deep fried tofu which can feel a little random as well, but compliments better than the potatoe.
