Papa John's Pizza - Edmonton

Have got pizza from Papa John's at this point (13142-137 For some time. Great pizza every time! Love the app and easy operation. Especially love the notification when my pizza is baked and ready to be picked up (so I can pick up for fresh from the oven taste . The staff was always great. Also love the Papa Dough that you are for credit and the special / promo they are constantly for every day of the week. Price cannot be beaten especially on Tuesday : The pizza sauce is one of the great tasting sauces for a pizza around !

Order the $20 Special I asked for extra sauce and cooked well made. A decent amount of cheese and crust was not too bad I notice that the sauce lacks a little taste. 2.7 stars of 5

We keep buying pizza. Always great, to this day. Missing beef on philly cheese steak pizza. Was very disappointed. It missed the right part of the last visits. Please fix that. Never go cheap on ingredients.

Train your staff to the right hygiene, I bought a big Bbq chicken Hawaiian today with two orders of honey Chipotle wing at 8:15. The lady who took my order dressed a pizza and didn't even bother washing her hands before taking my order, her too obvious because her hands are full of flour. After my order, she went directly to the Landestation to cut a pizza out of the oven without washing her hands again. She said I should come back after 15 minutes. for my order, then when I came back and the same lady to me the 2 boxes of what I ordered and paid, and my insult the box of pizza and wings are sticky with signs of fingers with sauce all over.

If only I could rate this place a zero I would! On April 8 around 10-11pm we ordered two large pizzas for delivery. One of the pizza was good, no complaint. The other one we ordered was with an Alfredo sauce however there was very little to no sauce on the pizza. Called this place and what a joke! It was 11:50 pm , 10 mins to closing and they argued and told us they added the sauce but if we weren?t satisfied they would remake it. We told them we can?t make it tonight (we have a newborn) so they agreed the next day. Today on April 9, I called before I went there and they said ?as long as there is more than 6 pieces we will replace it.? We arrived there, brought the disgusting pizza. Upon arrival they touched our disgusting pizza with no gloves, counting each slice, going through every layer. And at the end they said they can?t replace it or refund us because there is ?some sauce.? They argued that we should have asked for extra sauce. If that was the case, how come the other pizza we ordered was good even though we didn?t ask for extra sauce. Also, why touch our food with no gloves, we walked out with nothing. We asked to speak to the manager, they refused and told us to call when he is there. But refused to tell us when the manager might be there. They just insisted that the manager is aware, they watched the footage and they were instructed to not give us a refund or anything. Please avoid this place, save yourselves from going through this hassle. For sure a scam! They basically stole our money. BTW: When we gave them the pizza it was still round and we only ate 4 slices. the picture below is after they touched it.
