Honestly if you don't like your job or have a issue don't take it out on your customers. I could hardly understand what the girl was saying and when I asked her to repeat herself she still barely was understandable. Then I asked for my burrito to be cut in half and the girl rolled her eyes and sighed like I was making her go out of her way to serve me. Finally after paying I asked if I could have a stack of napkins due to me having kids and she rudely shoved 4 only 4 napkins in the bag. She then turned around and went to the back without saying thank you or have a nice day or whatever. I will never return to this Location and considering I was the only one in the restaurant I was probably not the only one who has a problem with this location.
I went there for the first time and I ordered the burrito. As it was my first time, I asked what meat they have, she replied rudely by not saying a single word but by barely lifting up just 2 lids for literally half a second and looked at me like I was stupid. Even when picking the other parts, she was rude. I will never come again, even though I live in the neighborhood.
Poor service, inconsistent hours, and rude at times. Best drive the extra 30 minutes to a different location. MB is 5 stars but this location is a complete dud.
Super fresh and healthy. This is what you need instead of a burger !! Grab the ancient grains !
I love MB but the service at this location was rather dismal and frustrating: the employee taking our order was getting almost everything wrong from the burrito size to the toppings to the sauces as if they had just started that day AND couldn't hear us but also as if they were too prideful to provide verbal acknowledgment of anything. The supervisor was working just a few feet away, but didn't offer any help, even though the service was taking much longer than it should have and the employee clearly needed significantly more coaching.I would recommend MB, generally, just not this location.
