Langano skies - Edmonton

The owner is always beautiful and the service was always great, best Ethiopian I had been in my life and went to them for years, I know that she was a cookbook and I would like a kopie to make the gomen bet.

This is a fabulous Ethiopian restaurant on whyte ave and 99th st. unfortunately it is closed. I spoke yesterday with the son of the owner, and they still plan to be at some meeting like fringe festival.

Since the beginning of the pandemic we make regular drains to edmonton to bring Ethiopian food back into our beaumont neighbors. we were back today and the food and service were as usual top notch. eating was well packed for travel and ready on time. it traveled well and was just as delicious in our house as we remember from our many in restaurants meals. we like to help our local favorites and get their order (instead of skip) and pay with debit ensures that more money gets to the restaurant. I recommend giving them a try, and if this is all over, they go in and see them personally.

We have enjoyed many business and family dinners here. covid has not dampened our deep appreciation for the taste and service. many thanks amsale and paul for another great experience!

I am the executive chef at the Science Centre in Edmonton, Alberta and our HR team contacted me because, as an organization we wanted to support a local business to cater our staff lunch and more importantly, since its Black History month, a Black owned...business. From the first contact, to pick up, to consumption, it was an easy, tasty enjoyable experience. The food was fantastic and our 50+ member staff enjoyed the authenticity, the flavours and the portions. Thanks to Chef Amsale and Paul for making this a memorable experience and I'd recommend Langano Skies to anyone.
