Kfc - Edmonton

Got a meal before work today and the lid on my drink was not properly secured to the cup. The drink spilled all over my pants and the fries. Had to throw out the fries as they were soaked in sprite. I went up to the register to ask for some napkins to dry myself up and for a refill. She handed me literally 2 napkins and refused to refill my drink. Very very rude. I also work in a restaurant and this is just unacceptable. Will not be coming back.

My husband went to this location around 4:40pm 20mins before closing but they only have 8pcs of chicken to offer no sandwich no fries nothing just chicken the staff was very rude. This location has poor customer service!!!never recommend to

Fast food, fast service. Will eat here every time I'm in the mall. Good and friendly people.

Ordered bucket through online order . Didn’t receive 4 tenders. Observed it at home. Customer service is useful. Can only connect you with store , which doesn’t answer!— updateAfter i left voice message on store line. I received call back in 2 hours, and manager offered me refund or next time I’ll come receive tenders .

Watery gravy and gross chicken making KFC disgusting.
