KFC - Edmonton

I waited in line for 20 minutes due to poor organization and untrained staff at the front. I attempted to order chicken without drumsticks, but was informed it would be an additional 20-minute wait as it is a custom order. This experience is not unique, so I caution others: if you prioritize your time, money, and quality, it's best to dine elsewhere.

I ordered $40 worth of food, paid with my credit card, and never received it. When I called them, they said they couldn't do anything about it. I will never order from them again.

This is a takeout-only restaurant. The staff is very friendly and professional.

No ice on Fountain pop. Assuming it will be still cold without ice but they serve it warm who will drink warm pop …. plusRude lady in front
