Bought 4 frozen root beers today tell me why they came half empty. the worker began to argue with us when he told us it’s the machine problems not his.
Horrible Night staffOrdered to drive thru no one to take order. They start talking after I drive away. In the middle of the order they decide to just ask me to wait .Ordered a meal combo and got charged for a drink. I requested to upsize so didn’t mind. However, they stated they only have one size of drink. I would have appreciated a little communication clarifying that one cannot upsize their drinks.When asked for a receipt they informed that their printer doesn’t work. Maybe the management should invest in staff’s communication skills and hire customer service focused staff.The East Indian lady working at the counter was ready to fight instead of offering service. (I’m not being racist here but hate people from my own country just being ignorant and rude.
Haven’t had anything from A&W in over a year. Was having a busy day and stopped to pick up dinner for myself. The spicy pickle burger was awful. Dry, cold and very disappointing. The onion rings were under cooked, tasteless and cold as well. Won’t be back at any A&W again.
Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. My food was hot and fresh. It even looked like the pictures behind the counter. I also asked for extra napkins and extra mayonnaise. They staff had no attitude about my request and they didn't charge me for it either. I have gone to that specific A&W many times, the service is polite, fast, accurate always delicious! No matter what time of day... Morning, afternoon or in the middle of the night. Because it is 24-hours folks!!!
