Very nice bakery! The mango mousse cake was delicious and not overly sweet like in other places.

Every. Single. Time. I order a banana split and they never have bananas so my last resort is a 3 scoop cup. It's still good but could've been better.

I don't recommend ordering from here at all. I was never informed when my food came in. It was left on the porch for who knows how long. Driver nor place ever called to let me know when my food would arrive.

We ordered a sandwich and they left the paper on the cheese. So disgusting. It was not melted and the sandwich was luke warm. Would give it 0 stars if I could, and would recommended you NEVER COME HERE. The cops came and escorted a women out clearly on drugs.

This morning was an unforgettable experience at Dunkin donuts in hyattsville, not in a good way... The service makes this place a disaster. Tiffany needs training, also she needs to reevaluate her people skills. She failed to do the basic and call out the order number on my receipt and verify orders with customers claiming them at pick up, she still had the nerve to blame me vs taking ownership of HER mistake, I told her going forward check the customers receipts before handing out food. After I received corrected order, she kept ranting, pointing the finger at me and blaming me for just standing there to her peers while I was dinning in, she took this experience personal, it 's customer service and management needs to educate their employees to provide best in class customer experience and evaluate emotional intelligence. Never again Dunkin in Langley Park!
