Summer Moon Coffee - Edmond

Finally a good coffee shop in edmond. I have the 3/4 moon winter latte. it was very sweet. next time, I'd probably make a half moon. I've finished this very fast. it was absolutely shocking! eating is good, but the coffee is definitiw where they shine. no longer necessary to evoke, thank God!

Lovely space in the Edmond Railyard area. Sleek designs and well-lit as well as sunny atmosphere. Booth seating with chairs and round marble tables. Simple, yet classy! I have come here twice so far. Once to grab an iced latte to go, and the second time (which is right now) to do some work on my laptop and sip on an iced latte. The moon lattes are sweet, so they have options to ease up on the sweetness. Try the 1/2 Moon, which is 1/2 Moon Milk, 1/2 skim milk and then espresso or matcha. I got the 16 oz iced 1/2 Moon Matcha Latte. This is equivalent to a grande sized iced drink at Starbucks. I would say that this Matcha Latte is very similar to the one at Starbucks, but the Moon part makes it taste better! Moon Milk is apparently a sweet cream that they use that I read goes amazingly with their oak roasted coffee which I have yet to try. I am more of a matcha fan these days...better for my anxiety and jitters, but I will definitely be trying a hot regular latte with the moon milk here one day for sure! I have nothing but excellent things to say about this place. Well done!

Okay listen my problem with this summer moon is it's inconsistency. On a good day it's the best coffee i've ever had and on a bad day it's not very good at all. I don't know which employee(s? are responsible for the sour espresso but when i'm depending on a $6 drink to improve my day sometimes there's not room for error. Yes I am about to start crying. the vibe is fine.

They can only imagine the excitement that I felt when I came across summer moon coffee in edmond on a bike tour while I mean in place here in edmond, ok. I had no summer moon back in austin tx since 2009 when my man and I started the first date. I decided to bring the whole family and we had amazing customer service of Haze.J she was so sweet, friendly and patient with all our asking. the coffee is just as good as I remember and that moonmilk. there is nothing but it. so good! our children said their hot chocolates were the best they ever had. the seating outdoor is shaded and clean 10/10 would turn on again to get another cup coffee and hangout with the family on the terrace. the hotel is located in a beautiful part of edmond with a lot of art, shopping and eating near.

I love the atmosphere here! The menu can be kind of confusing, but once you figure out what you like, there’s no going back. The moon milk is a little too sweet for me so I always ask for less. I always recommend the Blue Moon Latte (lavender latte) hot or iced, they’re both delicious!
