Bidrage med feedbackThank goodness my friend made got our group (4 people) on a waitlist 2 hours before our meet up because it would?ve taken a good moment to get us seated. But that is to be expected at a popular brunch place at 10:00a.m. Our server, Loren, was nice and verypatient with us. There was a moment where one of us had to switch out a drink order because it wasn?t what they wanted and theydid so without making us feel terrible about it. I appreciated her positive attitude! Kudos to you! My food was pretty darngood, I got myself the Westside Benny which was the smoked salmon Benedict (at least that what it seemed like) with a side ofpotatoes rather than hash browns. While I loved the Benny, I wasn?t the biggest fan of the potatoes, mainly because it was a bitsalty for my taste. Love the biscuits though! Moist and flaky! With my favorite sauce being the apple butter! YUM! Oh! For mydrink I decided to get the Mango Jasmine tea and to my surprise it was unsweetened, so fair warning to folks if you think it?s asweet drink. Lol! Overall, I?d come back if I ever want brunch again.
Make a reservation ahead of time!! Neighborhood Jam is super popular so I would suggest making reservations or checking in online ahead of time to avoid the wait. Our experience was great! We ordered drinks and everyone seemed to love them. Themimosas are huge and they offer different flavors. I ordered the Hot Jam Biscuit and it was really good. I?m not going to liethough I was a little disappointed with the quality of the bacon. The chicken was delicious! I also asked for gravy on the sideand it was a really good addition to eat with the biscuit and hashbrowns! The waiter was really nice and attentive. Therestaurant has a really good vibe to it with pops of yellow and really comfortable booths.
This is my favorite restaurant to dine at. Although the wait time has increased, it's best to put your name on the waitlist before arriving. My top dish is the shrimp and grits; you can’t go wrong with it. I also love the potatoes and the variety of pancakes they offer. Without a doubt, this is my favorite breakfast spot!
I visited this restaurant on September 2, 2022, and it's one of many experiences I've had at this chain. We often choose this location because it's nearby, and I've noticed that the quality of dishes and service is consistent across all their locations. My usual favorites are The Heap and Hotline Bling, but this time, we decided to try something different: The Good Ole Boy and the Big Bad Burrito. Both were excellent choices! Here’s a tip: keep an eye on Yelp/Open Table in the morning and make your reservation as soon as possible. Typically, walk-ins are available before 8:30 AM.
I stopped at this restaurant while traveling from Wisconsin and it was a fortunate find. The service was great and the food was outstanding. The biscuits are impressively large and fresh. The apple butter was fantastic, and the apple pepper jam available on the tables was also delicious. My husband ordered the breakfast Cuban, which he enjoyed. I tried the special of the day, a deep-fried Monte Cristo, but it wasn't quite to my taste as there was too much breading for my liking. However, I can see why others might enjoy it. Overall, we had a lovely experience with no complaints. I also had a really good chai latte. We would definitely come back!
