Mcdonald's - Edmond

Christy in the drive thru, order taker/first window was amazing. She was very friendly, funny and knowledge about her job. She had us laughing. At the second window the young man, I didn't see his name was very friendly courteous and had a smile on his face. Said thank you and have a great night. I was very impressed with those two employees, I go to that McDonald's a lot and that's the first time I felt valued/appreciated as a customer. A+ employees don't often get the recognition they deserve. 2 outstanding employees at 10pm doesn't happen very often.

Food and service up to McDonald’s standards. Prices higher than other restaurants in Edmond.

Ordered fish meal fish and fries fresh out of the grease went to bathroom to wash my hands and food was on the counter waiting the fish and fries were not right out the grease I asked the GM standing there could I get both fresh out of the grease she stated I just pull those fries I replied could I have both fresh out of the grease she told someone could you drop me a fish and said I'm tired of these danm customers and they are getting on my Danm nerves I informed the store manager she didn't care about the manager behavior just about the food I have never been cursed out at a McDonald's before by a manager

This location seems to be hit or miss on whether or not the food will be hot n fresh.... or cold n stale. Like the food has been pre-prepared and is just sitting around waiting to be ordered. My most recent purchase food was cold and stale couldn't really even eat it.

Absolute worst service. I will not ever go back. McDonald's needs to offer training on providing great customer service. Great customer service is a fantastic aid to your bottom line.
