Little Caesars Pizza - Edmond

*EDIT* I don't know who you all have cooking your pizzas on 5/04/2022 at 12pm-1pm but THEY DESERVE A RAISE. That was the BEST pizza I have ever ate and it was just a pepperoni hot and ready. Perfect amount of sauce and cheese and cooked just right. Pizza usually overcooked.

Staff are too busy to answer the customer phone, but surely got time to step out for personal phone calls. Black lady was outside when I came here, took my order, copied a posture, then went outside and was on her phone for the whole time when I waited while the guy behind the counter did all work. Must be all the privilege. Check your food before you pay to make it right.

This is a very good location friendly staff very quickly occupied and they are open until 11:00 instead of 10:00 as most small Caesars

I came in and got a sharp and ready pepperoni pizza and Italian cheese bread sticks. I drove home and my pizza was ice cold and the bread sticks were hard. I called the restaurant and was told by the mod (Manager on duty) that I would have to return to the restaurant with the pizza and my recipe. The manager I spoke with was very rude about the whole situation. Instead of understanding that I drove all the way home to expect at least one hot pizza, but not ice-cold.. Then I asked myself to talk to the General Manager and was told that they just left for the day. I will call in the morning and explain this whole situation and how unpleasant and unprofessional the mod is!! Very disappointed usually a very good location to the ear and enjoy the delicious pizza I usually get.

I have ordered many times from this facility, but the last few times I was here, the cash registers were unfriendly and very unprofessional. The quality of food is good, but the service is terrible. I'm done here. To the owner: From one businessman to another, make changes before your business drops!
