Daylight Donuts - Edmond

Used to be my favorite donut shop in all the land. I loved the breading of these donuts my whole life. They seemed fluffier than a lot of donuts. Not as greasy and dense as other donuts. Those words are weird to describe donuts, but I hope you get the gist. But something has changed and they aren't the white, fluffy style they used to be. Still good, but not the best anymore. Sad story, I know.

Daylight Donuts is a rare gem amongst mediocre chain donut establishments. I have searched far and wide for donuts that compare to Daylight and have found none. Their donuts are made by hand, yeast raised and rolled the old fashioned way. If you're only used to chain dunkin style, this will awaken your senses. Also, I tried their sausage and cheese roll this morning and it is certainly something to write home, or at least to google, about.

Great staff! They are always friendly. Defo one of the best menu selections and amazing sausage rolls! x

Love the shop, too bad they are losing their lease. I am hopeful that they will not be too far away from where they were. It is so convenient.
