Carl's Jr. - Edmond

The overall customer service was excellent and the food was really delicious. We were happy to see that the drink machine was actually working, unlike the one on Broadway.

The service at this restaurant is somewhat slow and the cleanliness could be improved. The food quality has declined, particularly the Angus beef which is not as flavorful as the regular beef they previously served.

Stephanie was so awesome. So many times now days fast food workers are not friendly and stephanie greeted us, told us about the sign, thanked us for stopping by and made sure we had everything we needed. It was so nice to see a smiling face!!!

The food at this restaurant was fresh and arrived quickly at my table. The server who took my order was extremely pleasant and professional. This is definitely one of the top Carl's Jr locations in Oklahoma City.

10 minutes in the drive through (I was the only one) and still the wrong order! Paid for a double, they only gave me a single. Never again.
